To secure a lease at the Luxe, click on the “apply” tab and fill out an application. The final step for securing a lease will be to sign the housing contract.

Our townhomes cater to college students’ schedules. Housing contracts last for 12 installments and are valid from August til late July- so you can move in right before school starts.

We provide 3 bedrooms with private bathrooms in all townhomes. Noone has to share a bathroom with another roomate.

At The Luxe, we offer the option for furnsihed townhomes and the option for non-furnished. If you rent a furnished home, our homes will incude beds, mattresses, night stand, dresser, couch, coffee table, bar stools, tv stand, tv, and tv mount.

Yes, all townhomes are equiped with a washer/dryer in each unit.

We use an online portal to communicate with all of our residents. We will use this app system to communicate, receive payments, and notify residents of upcoming service needs.

This is contingent if you rent a furnished-vs-non furnished unit. There will be additional fees for pets.

Our townhomes are located close to University of West Florida, north of Nine Mile Rd. The homes offer private bathrooms for each bedroom and a washer/dryer in each unit. Upgraded amenities, like tile, quartz countertops, tile, and luxury vinyl flooring- along with private storage in the back of the units, Ring camera, and ample parking for ALL residents.
