Our townhomes typically cater to college students’ schedules, but we are flexible. Housing contracts are 12 month leases.

We provide 3 bedrooms with private bathrooms in all townhomes. Noone has to share a bathroom with another roomate.

At The Luxe, we offer the option for furnsihed townhomes and the option for non-furnished. If you rent a furnished home, our homes will incude beds, mattresses, night stand, dresser, couch, coffee table, bar stools, tv stand, smart tv, and tv mount.

Yes, all townhomes are equiped with a washer/dryer in each unit.

We use an online portal to communicate with all of our residents. We will use this system to communicate, receive payments, and notify residents of upcoming service needs.

This is contingent if you rent a furnished-vs-non furnished unit. There will be additional fees for pets.

Our townhomes are located close to University of West Florida, north of Nine Mile Rd. The homes offer private bathrooms for each bedroom and a washer/dryer in each unit. Upgraded amenities, like tile, quartz countertops, tile, and luxury vinyl flooring- along with private storage in the back of the units, Ring camera, and ample parking for ALL residents.
